We all know there is no better way to show Dad you love him on Father's Day than through his stomach. This succulent Rib-Eye Steak served with a melty pat of seasoned Lemon Parsley Compound Butter is a perfect Father's Day recipe. So break out your grilling apron and impress your hubby!

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds rib-eye steak
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • Lemon Parsley Compound Butter (recipe follows)
Instructions
    1.
Heat your gas grill on its medium setting for 5 - 10 minutes, until hot.
    2.
Generously season both sides of the rib-eye steak with salt and pepper.

    3.
Place the steak on the grill and cook for 6 - 8 minutes per side, to desired doneness. Flip only once.

    4.
Cut the steak into four pieces and serve each with a dollop of Lemon Parsley Compound Butter.
Tips
  • If desired, you can substitute different cuts of meat for the rib-eye. Porterhouse or Delmonico would be great too. Or for a more budget friendly (but still tasty) option, use a sirloin steak.
