I love entertaining, and this Pesto Tomato Crostini is a perfect recipe for entertaining because you can put out a platter for guests to dig into while you finish up any last minute tasks in the kitchen. This pesto version (you can try making your own pesto) adds a bright pop of green, and delicious spinach flavor in every bite. It's both kid- and adult-friendly and the perfect treat for a summer evening.
