VALENTINE'S DAY PARTY DECOORATIONS
Decorating for a Valentine's party is easy -- red, pink, purple and white will be your color scheme. Cut large paper hearts from construction paper and write messages like "Be Mine", "My Love", "Your Sweet" etc. Hang the hearts from the ceiling using yarn, string or streamers. Add more streamers and balloons.
Cover your table with a white table cloth or sheet. Cut paper hearts in a variety of sizes. Randomly scatter them over the top of the table. Add a bit of color and sparkle to the table by sprinkling some some sequins as well.
VALENTINE'S DAY PARTY CRAFTS
Select one or two of the Valentine crafts listed below or on the following pages. Keep in mind the age of the children, space and time allowed. Make sure all of your supplies are prepared ahead of time and make sure you have enough scissors, glue sticks etc. If a hot glue gun is needed, assign that task to an adult or teenage helper.
