Criss - cross two candy canes to make the heart.
Attach with the hot glue gun. Add ribbons to the top with glue.
Then, add the hard candy for decoration. Attach a personal note
to the ribbons.

Valentine Favor Cones/Cups


Materials
Paper Doilies
Construction paper or Card Stock
Glue Stick or Stapler
Ribbon
Hole Punch
Stickers, die cuts or any ornamentation

Directions
Turn the edges of the paper doily in, to make a cone.
Glue or staple to hold.  Decorate with stickers, die cuts,
paper shapes etc. You can even print out quotes from your computer
using a romantic script. then glue or tie your message to the cone.
Use a hole punch and ribbon to make the bow.
Fill with candy and you have a great party favor, valentine 
or class treat. TIPS: We glued our doilies onto construction
first to make it a bit stronger. For more color and dimension,
add a small piece of nylon netting, Easter grass, or fabric to 
the inside of the cup before filling with candy.
