St. Patrick's' Day Shamrock Napkin Rings and Woven Placemat Craft
Kids can make these easy placemats and napkin rings to set a festive
St. Patrick's day table.
You'll Need
cardboard paper towel tube
white tissue paper
green cardstock paper or craft foam sheet
green pom-pom's
green chenille stem (pipe cleaner)
glue stick or glue dots

Cut a circle from the green paper that's big enough to hold
all three pom-poms. Glue the pom-poms to the paper, forming a cluster.
Then, cut the green chenille stem into thirds. You'll only need 1/3 for each pin. Poke the chenille stem through the craft foam, or paper and twist to make your shamrock stem.

Now make a ring by cuting a two inch piece of the cardboard tube.
Wrap the ring with tissue or construction paper and use a glue stick
to secure the paper. Finally, glue the shamrock onto the outside of
the covered ring.
