BARBIE FAIRYTOPIA PARTY GAMES & ACTIVITIES
The Party Begins...
Upon arrival, escort the girls to the Barbie makeover table, where they
will receive a simple flower or butterfly painted
on their cheek.
While the face paint is still wet, apply a small amount of very fine polyester glitter, for a special sparkle. If face painting is not your
gift...mix aloe vera gel with the fine glitter. Apply a small amount to the
girls cheeks. You can also give each party guest a magic meadow fairy crown
made with craft wire, ribbon and silk flowers.
Bibble's on the Move
Play this game just as you would "Hot Potato".
Position the girls into a circle. Pass a toy "bibble" from
player to player around the
circle while music is playing.
When the music stops the player holding Bibble will sit
in the center for one round, or she can be in charge of
the music
for one round.
Fairytopia Puzzler
Before the party -- Print out Barbie Fairytopia pictures from the Internet,
or use a coloring book. Attach each picture onto some construction paper
with a glue stick. Cut the pictures into 2, 3, or 4 puzzle pieces. Hide the pieces around
the party area. The girls each need to find one puzzle piece and then
find the the players with the matching piece/s.
Stick the Butterfly on the Flower
Played just like "Pin the Tail on the Donkey".

Draw a picture of a flower with on poster board. Cut several
butterflies
from card stock paper. On the day
of the party, add double stick tape
to one side of the butterflies and write the girl's names on the other.
Use a fun fabric sash for the blindfold.
TIP: We found craft foam butterfly stickers at the craft store
and
they worked great!
Find the Fairies
All of the fairies are hiding in the Magic Meadow flowers and the girls
must find them all! Hide several silk flowers in the party area for the girls
to find. You may want to hide a few paper "fairies" in
the flowers as well. Players can earn a special prize, if they find
one of the fairies.
The girls will get to keep their flowers to
take home.
Barbie Fairytopia Movie
If you have time settle the girls down at the end of the
party for a showing of their new favorite movie!
Provide coloring sheets or coloring books and crayons
to use while watching.
Laverna Freeze Tag
Play this game just like "Freeze Tag". Give each player a
small pouch of glitter before playing. One player will be "it" or Laverna. When you say
"GO" the girls run from Laverna. If she tags a player, that
player is frozen until another player sprinkles fairy dust on her. Make
sure that each player has a turn to be "it" and that each
round does not take too long.
PARTY CRAFTS
Elina's Guardian Necklace
Make guardian power necklaces with plastic pony beads and a
special
butterfly for each guest. Your local crafts store will have everything
you need. After you make the necklace have the girls gather around and
make wish "into" their necklaces to fill them with magic!
Fairy Clay
Make your own play dough.
Provide each child with a ball of dough and some fine glitter
(craft store). The children will work the glitter into the
dough. Package each of the guests dough into a Zip -loc bag to
be taken home as a party favor.
Princess Hat Kit

Using this completer kit, your guests can
make beautiful princess hats to take home.
Everything is included except the glue, so it's and easy activity
to add to your party without navigating a craft supply store.
BARBIE FAIRYTOPIA PARTY FAVORS
Fill small baskets with goodies
Barbie fruit snacks, Barbie accessories, stickers and a glitter pen.
Remember that the girls will have already received a fairy crown, silk
