To Make the Witches...
Cut the necessary shapes from craft foam or felt; black triangle and
brim for the hat, green triangle nose and possibly a small red piece for
the mouth.

Use craft glue or glue dots to attach the two hat pieces together.
Cut yarn pieces for the witch's hair and glue them onto the brim of the
hat
(sides only). When the candy is completely cooled, wrap the the top with
a square of clear cellophane. Use black and orange ribbon or yard to
secure the cellophane to the top of the candy spoon. You will make the
face on the flat part of the candy spoon. Use glue dots to attach the
eyes, nose and finally the hat (with hair) to the spoon. Either use a
permanent marker to draw a mouth;
; yarn, paper or craft
foam may also work
Make sure you do not use a hot glue gun to attach the
witch pieces or your candy will melt.
Kit's Tip:
I don't always like the flavor of the colored candy melts. Using white
or regular chocolate melts will also work. You can then wrap your
witch pops with green cellophane if you still want a green witch.
