Materials

• elastic thread
• a variety of colored beads

• alphabet beads to spell MOM or MOMMY

Instructions

1.
Cut a piece of elastic thread about a foot long.
2.
Secure a bead at one end of the thread, to prevent beads from falling off.
3.
String beads onto the elastic.
4.
When you are about halfway done, add the alphabet beads and then continue beading.
5.
Test the size and tie the ends together.

• Use any beads that fit this thicker elastic thread.
• Decide whether you are making a bracelet, anklet, necklace, or key chain.
