Painting is always a good craft for kids to express their creativity! You can have them try some fun straw paintings, or have them experiment with this Marble Painting Craft.

Materials

• poster or tempera paint
• paper
• marbles

• painting container (can use gift box, shoe box, Pringles or tennis ball can, 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish)
• box

Instructions

1.
Place the paint into the painting container.
2.
Drop a few marbles in each color.
3.
Lay the paper into the bottom of a box or roll it up for a round container.
4.
Place marbles from one color into the container and roll around by moving the box from side to side, etc.
5.
Remove that color and continue with the other colors.
6.
Cut your paper into the desired shape (heart, shamrock, Easter egg), then continue with painting process.
