Your child's hands and feet will help make this colorful Thanksgiving turkey craft. Young children may need help tracing their hands and feet. When complete, they make cute table decorations at each place setting for Thanksgiving dinner or for your holiday parties. Parental supervision is recommended.
- Materials

- construction paper in brown, black, orange, red, yellow, and white
- scissors
- glue
- wiggly eyes (optional)
- Instructions

1.
Make the turkey tail feathers by tracing your child's hand on colored paper, cutting out 6-8 times in a variety of colors.
2.
For the turkey body, trace feet (shoes on) and cut from paper.
3.
Glue the two feet together, spreading them
slightly apart at the bottom.
4.
Glue the "tail feathers" to construction paper, overlapping them, to take on the appearance of feathers.
5.
Glue the "body" on top. Add a few more hands if you want.
7.
Cut out paper beak,
wattle, and feet.
and glue onto the turkey.
