Materials

• clear cellophane bags
• white, orange or green tissue
• scissors

• ribbon
• permanent black marker

Instructions

1.
Draw spooky or cute faces on the cellophane bags using the marker.
2.
Place treats and/or party favors in the tissue.
3.
Gather up the corners and place the entire "tissue pouch" into bag. Then tie it closed. It's that easy!
