This Easter, keep your kids busy making fun Easter crafts, like the popular paper plate bunnies! You can also have them try making these adorable baby food jar bunnies, perfect for leftover treats from your kids' Easter baskets.

Materials
  • baby food jar (clean and without label )
  • glue (glue dots are great for this craft )
  • cotton balls (marshamllows or white jelly beans work for an edible treat)
  • wiggle eyes
  • pink or white small pom-pom (½-inch)
  • pink or white larger pom-pom (1 inch)
  • small piece of white yarn
  • white or pink pipe cleaner stem
  • acrylic paint (white or pink )
Instructions
  1. Paint the jar lid with acrylic paint and let it dry while you make the rest of the bunny.

  2. Fill the baby food jar with cotton balls, marshmallows, or other white-colored treat.

  3. To make the whiskers, tie a knot in the center of the yarn. Then unravel the pieces and trim.

  4. Glue the whiskers to the front of the jar, and then the pom-pom nose and eyes.

  5. Cut the pipe cleaner stem in half to make two ears. Loop and twist the ends together and then glue to the back of the lid.
