Materials

• wire hanger
• yarn, twine or colored tape
• string
• picture cut-outs that go with the party theme

• construction paper or poster board
• scissors
• hole punch

Instructions

1.
Wrap and completely cover the hanger with yarn or tape. Tie or tape the yarn to hold it in place.
2.
Neatly cut out colored pictures from magazines or coloring books.
3.
Glue onto construction paper or poster board to add weight.
4.
Use the hole punch to add a hole to the top of each image.
5.
Tie varying lengths of string or yarn to each image.
6.
Attach and tie across the bottom of the hanger.
